Big and cozy 100% lambswool scarf, ice-dyed with madder, weld and cochineal.

The ice-dyeing process creates incredible, unpredictable patterns—each scarf is completely unique and special.

These large scarves are knitted by me on my vintage knitting machine and then felted. Geelong lambswool is considered one of the highest-quality wools in the world: extremely soft and non-itchy, especially after felting.

Ceilidh is 175 cm tall.

Scarves can have very slight differences in size due to the felting process. Colours may vary slightly due to lighting.

Items are shipped from France. If you are ordering from outside Europe, please check your country’s customs rules, as you may be charged import tax upon receipt. This is not part of the postage cost and is your responsibility to pay.

Some Billynou garments are made to order. This supports our ethos by helping to eliminate waste and unnecessary production. Please allow 2–3 weeks for your garment to be processed. This is an estimate; we endeavour to achieve faster production times where possible. Garments that are naturally dyed or made with vintage fabric are listed only when available and may have different lead times.

All garments should be washed with care. Ideally on a low temperature with an eco detergent (PH neutral for naturally dyed products). This is not just to keep your garment in good condition for longer but to be kinder to the environment too.

Woolen garments should either be dry cleaned or hand washed gently and dried flat.

PLEASE EXPECT SLIGHT VARIATIONS IN TEXTURES, STITCHING, COLOURS ETC AS ALL GARMENTS ARE HAND MADE AND HAND DYED, OFTEN USING VINTAGE FABRIC.
