100% lambswool beanie in an above-the-ear fisherman style.

These beanies are knitted by me on my vintage knitting machine. The Geelong lambswool is considered one of the highest-quality wools in the world; it is extremely soft and not itchy. The hats are fully fashioned to ensure a close fit to the head and are knitted in English rib, giving them a unique look and allowing for varying head sizes.

Some Billynou garments are made to order. This is important to our ethos, as it helps eliminate waste and unnecessary production. Bearing this in mind, please allow 2–3 weeks for your garment to be processed. This is an estimate; in reality we endeavour to achieve a much faster production time. This excludes garments that have been naturally dyed or made with vintage fabric — these are listed only when available.

Items are shipped from France. If you are ordering from outside Europe, please make sure you know your country’s customs rules, as you may be charged import tax upon receiving your items. This is not part of the postage cost and is your responsibility to pay.

All garments should be washed with care. Ideally on a low temperature with an eco detergent (PH neutral for naturally dyed products). This is not just to keep your garment in good condition for longer but to be kinder to the environment too.

Woolen garments should either be dry cleaned or hand washed gently and dried flat.

PLEASE EXPECT SLIGHT VARIATIONS IN TEXTURES, STITCHING, COLOURS ETC AS ALL GARMENTS ARE HAND MADE AND HAND DYED, OFTEN USING VINTAGE FABRIC.
