Big and cozy 100% lambswool scarf, ice-dyed with madder and weld.

The ice-dyeing process creates incredible, unpredictable patterns — each scarf is completely unique and special.

These large scarves are knitted by me on my vintage knitting machine and then felted. Geelong lambswool is considered one of the highest-quality wools in the world: extremely soft and not itchy, especially after felting.

Ceilidh is 175 cm tall.

Scarves may vary slightly in size due to the felting process. Colours may also vary slightly due to lighting.

Items are shipped from France. If you are ordering from outside Europe, please check your country’s customs rules, as you may be charged import taxes upon receipt. These charges are not part of the postage cost and are your responsibility to pay.

Most Billynou garments are made to order. This supports our ethos of reducing waste and avoiding unnecessary production. Please allow 2–3 weeks for your garment to be processed. All garments should be washed with care. Ideally on a low temperature with an eco detergent (PH neutral for naturally dyed products). This is not just to keep your garment in good condition for longer but to be kinder to the environment too.

Woolen garments should either be dry cleaned or hand washed gently and dried flat.

PLEASE EXPECT SLIGHT VARIATIONS IN TEXTURES, STITCHING, COLOURS ETC AS ALL GARMENTS ARE HAND MADE AND HAND DYED, OFTEN USING VINTAGE FABRIC.
