These pants are made from the most gorgeous medium weight vintage French linen. They have been naturally hand dyed with multiple layers of natural indigo and cochineal to achieve this beautiful mottled purple colour.
A very versatile pant that can be worn through all seasons with a little more or less layering. Each pant is completely unique. No two are the same.
With an elasticated waist for varying waist measurements, can be worn as high-waisted or lower on the hips.
Ellie is size small and 167 cm tall.
Ceilidh is size medium/large and 175cm tall.

A note on natural dyes: Natural dyes are often described as “living colour”. They have a charm and personality very unlike chemical dyes with the much higher energetic vibration of life. It is important to treat these pieces with love and care, keeping them out of Sunlight when not wearing them and washing them gently with cool water and PH neutral soaps.
Please also note that I use vintage fabric, not only for it’s beautiful qualities but also because it already exists, avoiding making new material. This does mean that even though the utmost care is taken when choosing the fabric there may occasionally be minimal signs of age.
